Partner Privacy Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This Partner Privacy Policy specifically outlines how GoGaadi Logistics India ("GoGaadi Logistics", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal and operational data of our Driver Partners when using the GoGaadi Partner Application.

By registering as a Driver Partner and using the Partner Application, you consent to the practices described in this document.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM PARTNERS

To onboard you as a verified driver and facilitate your earnings, we must collect highly specific operational and personal data:

a) Profile & KYC Information

• Full Name, Date of Birth, and Profile Photograph.
• Government-issued Identification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN).
• Valid Driving License details.
• Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, and Emission documents.
• Device Permissions: Our application requires access to your device's Camera and Photo Library to allow you to capture and upload your profile picture and necessary KYC documents.

b) Financial Information

• Bank Account details, UPI IDs, or related financial data necessary for processing your weekly/daily payouts.

c) Continuous Location Data (Crucial for Service)

• Background Location: The GoGaadi Logistics Partner App collects location data constantly (even when the app is running in the background) to allocate the nearest delivery requests to you and to track active trips for customer safety.

3. HOW WE USE PARTNER INFORMATION

Your data is used strictly for operational, safety, and payment purposes:

• Trip Allocation: Using your live location to send you nearby delivery requests.
• Customer Trust: Sharing your first name, profile picture, vehicle model, and vehicle registration number with customers when you accept their booking.
• Payouts: Calculating your earnings, commissions, and transferring funds to your bank account.
• Safety & Compliance: Verifying your identity against background checks and ensuring vehicle legal compliance.

4. DATA SHARING WITH CUSTOMERS

When you accept a trip, we share necessary details with the Customer to ensure a smooth pickup and delivery. This includes:

• Your live GPS location during the trip.
• Your vehicle details (Type, Registration Number).
• Your contact number (often masked via a secure call system if available).

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

We retain your KYC and trip history for as long as your Partner account is active, and for a legally mandated period after deactivation for tax and compliance audits. You may request account deletion by contacting Partner Support, at which point non-essential data will be purged.
