Partner Terms & Conditions

1. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

By registering as a Partner, you agree that you are an Independent Contractor. There is no employee-employer relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and GoGaadi Logistics India. You have full discretion to log in and out of the app as you choose.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ONBOARDING

To operate as a Partner, you must:

  • Possess a valid Indian Driving License and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) and Vehicle documents (RC, Insurance).
  • Maintain your vehicle in good working condition according to RTO standards.

3. SERVICE ALLOCATION & ACCEPTANCE

GoGaadi Logistics provides a technology platform that connects you with customers. While we attempt to send you the nearest requests, we do not guarantee a minimum number of trips or earnings. Once you accept a trip, you are contractually bound to complete the pickup and delivery professionally.

4. COMMISSIONS & PAYOUTS

  • Commission: GoGaadi Logistics charges a platform fee (commission) on each completed trip. The specific percentage is visible in your Partner App.
  • Payouts: Earnings after commission will be transferred to your registered bank account or UPI ID as per the standard payout cycle.
  • Taxes: You are strictly responsible for any personal income tax reporting related to your earnings.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Driver Partners must follow strict safety and professional guidelines:

  • Do not carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods under any circumstances.
  • Always follow traffic rules and wear necessary safety gear (e.g., helmets for two-wheeler partners).
  • Misbehavior with customers, intentional delays, or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account suspension.

6. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

GoGaadi Logistics reserves the right to deactivate your account without prior notice if:

  • You provide fraudulent or expired documents.
  • Your customer rating falls below the minimum required platform threshold.
  • You engage in "off-platform" bookings or directly solicit GoGaadi Logistics customers for private trips.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GoGaadi Logistics acts solely as a technology aggregator. We are not liable for any accidents, physical injuries, vehicle damages, or loss of goods that occur during the performance of a delivery. All Partners are strongly encouraged to maintain active commercial vehicle and personal accident insurance.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka.
